He turns away from Eto to leave, then looks back over his shoulder.
Furuta: By the way, did the voice recording work? The Higher Ups don’t know about it yet.
Eto: …
Furuta: I’m just wondering about it personally… well… I hope it all goes well. Say hi to your superior officers for me too.
He leaves, and puts on a fake expression of concern. Eto looks at the pâté he gave her and looks unimpressed. Furuta goes to the jail warden’s room.
Furuta: Mr. Warden! Wha.. what on earth is happening!?
Haisaki: The containment cells have been opened. From Area 0 to Area 1. The division that houses all the ghouls that are A rate and below.
A map shows that the further down you go in Cochlear, the more powerful the ghouls that are held there become.
